May
9-15 is set aside as a national Week to emphasis women's health! The
CDC Office of Women's Health is sponsoring a special web site for this
week called
Action Steps
for Staying Healthy.
Wellsource Inc. endorses the national health
emphasis week for women and encourages all women to become better
informed on what they can do to improve their health.
Let the women in your family/organization know about
this special web site and encourage them to take "Active Steps for
Staying Healthy." The action steps are organized into daily, weekly,
monthly, and yearly strategies to protect and improve health. Learn
what you can do to live a happier, longer life!
